What a fantastic day we’ve had at One Voice, in collaboration with the Rotherham Music Service at the Magna centre in Rotherham.
This afternoon, the children in Key Stage Two at Roughwood Primary School performed in the ‘One Voice’ concert at Magna with other children from across Rotherham.
The children once again performed confidently in front of a live audience, alongside a live band and performing a range of songs including ‘Joy’, ‘St. Elmo’s Fire’, and ’fight song’ using Makaton. The children even listened to Indian classical music which was performed live in the concert!
Thank you to all staff, parents and carers who volunteered on today’s trip. It was a fantastic day and the children sang beautifully!
